Besides being my ringtone, it's also my favorite way to see photos - but I often forget to make the conversion. I used to shoot rolls and rolls of B&W film on my old Canon 35mm Rebel, but I'm so into using digital now for its instant gratification that I don't spend much time thinking about what might look better with a little tweaking. My friend Erin takes these amazing pics of all kinds, but often her black and whites are just breathtaking. I have much to learn, but I'm going to start by at least converting a few from every batch I take. These were my favorite from the holidays.
